NYFW: Threeasfour

Threeasfour's SS12 prints and fabrics are just gorgeous, their message simple: connection. 

Style.com explains: 

They made prints that wove together iconography from Jews and Arabs, Israelis and Palestinians

These are my favourite pieces.

The dresses are beautiful, but what really caught my eye was the swimwear. 

I NEED them in my life right this second!

I've been really into yellow eyeshadow recently. It's actually really versatile. I've had a yellow eyeshadow in my collection for a while now, but I've been a bit unsure about using it so I've been searching all over the internet for youtube tutorials and pictures of looks to try out. I really love this one because it's just basic but has a great impact.

I seriously love it there. I've visited twice but never during fashion weeks.

i was gonna do a wish list for my NYC trip, but I figure I'll just buy some stuff and show you what I got tomorrow :)

Finally...

Finally it's Friday which means that I can tell you my big news that I'm really excited about :)
I'm going to new york in a month!
I'm super excited about it. I've only been once before, for just under a week, about three years ago. And I've been craving to go back ever since and finally I can so... yeah, I'm really excited :D

NYFW - Preen

Another one of my favourite fashion houses have shown already at NYFW.

Preen, like Thakoon, and elements of Victoria Beckham's collection features explosions of whites and silvers. 

This pale palette is showased in minimalistic designs and cuts but with a little extra. Think pleats (picture 3) and ruffles (2) and interesting apron-like extras on their trouser suits and shift dresses (1 & 6).

NYFW

My favourite Victoria Beckham pieces from her spring 2011 RTW collection. 

I'm really sad that I'm not at NY fashion week. Instead, I have to look at all the collections on style.com.

As you should know, I'm the biggest fan of VB. 

I was really excited about the unveiling of this collection as its the biggest one she's done.

The bags are also designed by miss VB herself, and the shoes are once again by Brian Atwood. 

gossip

so, the news is (so sorry if I'm late on this one)...thanks to Grazia UK, is that Katy Perry is going to be starring in my new favourite show Gossip Girl, which has now resumed filming in the gorgeous NYC.
Hopefully, they will be filming for a couple more months so I might be able to get a sneak peak when I go just after Thanksgiving.
That sounds too good to be true though....

Will post some pics of the girls on set when I can find some :)
